    Ingredients
      For the Base
    • 200 grams Sugar-free digestive biscuits
    • 20 grams Ground flax seeds
    • 20 grams Cocoa powder
    • 50 grams Melted low-fat butter
    • For the Filling
    • 400 grams Cream cheese
    • 80 ml Sweetener (liquid or powder)
    • 1 tablespoons Coconut oil
    • 200 grams Sugar-free strawberry jam
    • For the Topping
    • 100 grams Sugar-free white chocolate
    • 30 grams Coconut oil
    Instructions
    1. Crush the sugar-free digestive biscuits in a bowl and add ground flax seeds and cocoa. Mix well.

    2. Add melted low-fat butter to the biscuit mixture and mix until well combined.

    3. Press the biscuit mixture into a mold to form the cheesecake base. Place it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to set.

    4. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sweetener, and a bit of coconut oil using an electric mixer until smooth.

    5. Add sugar-free strawberry jam to the cream cheese mixture and mix well with the electric mixer.
