Ingredients
    Cabbage And Meat Filling
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 500 grams Minced pork
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup Grated carrots
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 100 grams Cooked rice
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 500 ml Tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Cream
Instructions
    Preparing Cabbage
  1. Carefully peel the Chinese cabbage leaves. Pour hot water over the leaves to relax. Sit aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground pork with red pepper, black pepper, cumin, ground cumin, nutmeg, dried parsley and oyster sauce.

  3. Fry the chopped onion in a small amount of oil until it becomes translucent.

  4. Add the grated carrots and chopped garlic to the onions and cook until the carrots are tender.

  5. Combine the cooked rice with the carrot mixture and seasoned minced pork. Mix well and let it cool.

  6. Place a small amount of the meat filling on each soft cabbage leaf, and roll into a roll, tucking the sides in to secure the filling.

  7. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in an oven tray. Pour 500 ml of tomato juice over the cabbage rolls.

  8. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (370°F) for 45 minutes.

  9. Preparing Tomato Sauce
  10. In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste, salt, sugar, dried garlic, black pepper and cream. Adjust seasoning to your taste.

  11. After the stuffed cabbage is cooked, take it out of the oven. Serve with tomato sauce drizzled on it.
