    Ingredients
    • 2 Large tomatoes
    • Vegetable oil
    • Salt and pepper
    • 130 grams Canned tuna
    • A bunch of parsley and dill
    • Red pepper
    • 1 tablespoons Sour cream
    • 2 Eggs
    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

    2. Using a spoon, remove the pulp from the tomatoes after cutting off their tops. After using vegetable oil to grease the molds, add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to the tomatoes to season them.

    3. In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, chopped parsley, dill, red pepper, salt, pepper and sour cream together.

    4. Stuff the hollowed out tomatoes with the tuna mixture.

    5. Separate the egg yolks and carefully pour them over the surface of the stuffed tomatoes.

    6. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, season with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the egg yolks.

    7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are golden brown.
