  • 5 Boiled eggs chopped
  • 140 grams Boiled and chopped beets
  • Green onions parsley and chives
  • 1 liter Kefir (not sweet yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • Half a lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Start by washing and peeling the cucumber pieces. Then cut it into small slices.

  2. Next, take the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces. Put them aside for now.

  3. Boil the beets until they are tender. After it is cooked, let it cool, then cut it into small cubes.

  4. Chop green onions, parsley, and garlic. You may change the amount to suit your personal preferences for flavor.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the sliced ??cucumber, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and beets.

  6. Pour in the kefir and mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.

  7. Add sugar, salt, and juice of half a lemon to the bowl. Mix everything together well.

  8. Taste soup and adjust seasoning if necessary. Feel free to add more salt, sugar, or lemon juice to suit your taste.

  9. After all ingredients are well mixed, transfer the salad to a serving plate.

  10. For garnish, cut a boiled egg in half and place it on top of the soup.
