    Ingredients
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 can Tuna (drained)
    • 1 tablespoons Mayonnaise
    • Seaweed sheets (nori)
    • 1 cup Cooked rice
    • 1 Lettuce leaf
    • 2 Sticks of sea fish
    • 1 Cucumber
    • Oil (for frying)
    Instructions
    1. In a small bowl, crack and whisk one egg. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and scramble the egg. Once cooked, set aside.

    2. In another small bowl, mix the drained tuna with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.

    3. Lay a seaweed sheet flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the cooked rice evenly over the seaweed.

    4. At the core of the rice, lay single lettuce stem. Add two sticks of sea fish (imitation crab or fish sticks).

    5. Add the scrambled egg and the tuna mixture. Slice the cucumber into thin strips and add them to the wrap. Spread the remaining rice over the top.

    6. Carefully fold and wrap the seaweed around the ingredients, ensuring it's tightly rolled.
