  • 2 Sweet potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoons Clarified butter (ghee)
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 2 Chilies chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pink salt
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat the clarified butter (ghee) over low flame.

  2. Add the peanuts and fry them until they turn light golden brown. Remove the fried peanuts and set them aside.

  3. In the same pan with the remaining clarified butter, add the chopped chilies and fry for a few seconds.

  6. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low flame for about 5 minutes, checking occasionally to see if the sweet potatoes are done.
