    1. Add the 200g of pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. After the pasta is done, drain and reserve.

    1. Add the minced 3g of garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

    1. Add the 100g of cherries to the pan and stir, allowing them to soften slightly.

    1. Add the 180g of chopped onions and continue to sauté until they become translucent.

    1. Pour in the 800g of tomatoes and stir well to combine.

    1. Add 14g of salt, 5g of sugar, and a dash of black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

    1. Pour in 100g of water to thin out the sauce slightly and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
