    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a saucepan over low heat, add one cup of milk and a quarter cup of sugar. Until the sugar is dissolved, thoroughly mix.

    1. Add half a cup of milk powder to the pot and mix it well with the milk and sugar mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.

    1. Leave the mixture to boil over low heat, while reducing the heat to low. Simmer for approximately ten minutes, stirring now and again to avoid sticking.

    1. In a small bowl, mix a tablespoon of corn flour with a quarter cup of milk. Mix well until the corn flour dissolves completely.

    1. Slowly pour the cornmeal and milk mixture into the pot, stirring constantly. This will help thicken the mixture. Add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and continue stirring.

    1. Cook for an additional 5 minutes over low heat, making sure it thickens to the desired consistency. After it is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and cover it well.

    1. Leave the mixture to cool to room temperature. After it cools, pour it into popsicle molds, making sure to leave a little room at the top to allow for expansion while freezing.

    1. Line the molds with paper or popsicle sticks included in each mold. Place the molds in the refrigerator and let them freeze for about 5 hours or until they are completely frozen.

    1. When it's time to serve, remove the popsicles from the molds by briefly dipping the molds in room temperature water. This will help the straws release easily.

    1. Drizzle frozen popsicles with chocolate sauce and then sprinkle with chopped peanuts as a delicious garnish.

    1. Make your own homemade popsicles with chocolate sauce garnish and a touch of finely chopped peanuts. Enjoy your frozen treat.
