White Sauce Pasta Recipe also known as béchamel sauce pasta, is a creamy and cheesy dish that serves as the ultimate comfort food this white sauce pasta is perfect for a cozy meal on a cold day, a delightful date night dinner, or even a packed lunch.

Ingredients
  • 250 grams Boneless chicken
  • 1 tablespoons Ginger ground
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic ground
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken powder
  • 1 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Chicken powder
  • 2 tablespoons White pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 200 grams Boiled pasta
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix 250g boneless chicken with 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic, salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chicken powder, and 1 tbsp vinegar. Allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully done, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add ½ cup green bell pepper and ½ cup sweet corn. After one more minute of simmering, extract.

  4. In a separate frying pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp flour and stir for 1 minute until the flour is well blended and slightly cooked.

  5. Gradually add 2 cups milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add 2 tbsp chicken powder, 2 tbsp white pepper, 2 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp thyme. Stir the sauce well.

  6. Mix in ½ cup mozzarella cheese, cooking until the cheese melts. Add ½ cup cream and ½ tsp salt, stirring to combine everything.

  7. In the rich sauces, add the cooked chicken or veggies. Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is well coated and the cheese has melted.

  8. Pasta that has been cooked should be added last and combined thoroughly. Serve the creamy chicken pasta hot and enjoy.
