Description

Yogurt Dip Recipe are a healthy and versatile option for adding flavor to your meals and snacks whether you prefer a classic veggie dip, a ranch-style dip, or a tangy garlic sauce, there is a yogurt dip recipe to suit every taste and occasion.

Ingredients
  • 2 Flame-grilled eggplants
  • 1/5 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Start by flame-grilling the eggplants until they are tender. You'll know they are cooked well when a knife easily enters the flesh.

  2. Once the eggplants are cooked, allow them to cool slightly. Then, peel off the charred skin and discard it. We want to keep the soft, cooked flesh.

  3. In a bowl, place the peeled eggplants and mash them well using a fork or masher until you get a smooth consistency.

  4. Add the yogurt, dried mint, thyme, garlic powder, salt, red pepper, and black pepper to the mashed eggplants.

  5. Stir everything together vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and the flavors are evenly distributed.

  6. After tasting it, adjust the seasoning to your preferred level. Feel free to add a bit more salt, pepper, or any other spice you desire.

  7. And there you have it, a simple and delicious flame-grilled eggplant mash.

  8. It can be enjoyed as a dip with pita bread or as a side dish to complement your main course. Enjoy your culinary creation.
