Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 200 grams of yogurt, 150 grams of cherries, 50 grams of frozen cherry condensed milk, and 30 grams of currants. Grind the mixture until well combined.

  2. Add half of the total volume of the cherry mixture to the yogurt and stir well until fully incorporated. To cool, place the bowl in the refrigerator.

  3. Take your favorite cookies and arrange them closely together to form a base layer in a suitable container or dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, pour 200 ml of cold cream and add 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin. Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the cream until soft peaks form.

  5. Add 100 grams of cold condensed milk to the whipped cream. Continue beating at medium speed until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.

  6. Pour the whipped cream and condensed milk mixture into a large bowl. Gently add the cherry mixture to the bowl and mix it together using a spoon. Be careful not to overmix and lose the airiness of the whipped cream.

  7. Pour the mixture over the cookies, using a spoon to smooth it out evenly. Add the remaining cherry mixture on top and gently mix it in.

  8. Add another layer of cookies over the mixture, pressing them slightly into the dessert.

  9. Place the container in the freezer and allow it to freeze until firm. Usually, this will need many hours.

  10. Once it has set, remove the container from the freezer and carefully unmold the dessert. Enjoy your frozen treat and savor the flavors.
