  2. In a small bowl, mix Italian Mixed Herbs, Lemon Juice, Himalayan Pink Salt, Mustard Paste, and Olive Oil to create a dressing

  3. Dice the Large Avocado and chop the Mixed Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced Celery, Boiled Carrot, and Cherry Tomatoes

  4. Include chopped Onion and Green Chili if desired

  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Basmati Rice, diced Avocado, chopped vegetables, Kidney Beans, and Boiled Corn

  6. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine
