  1. In a bowl, combine the butter (75g) and sugar (20g) (or honey if you prefer). Mix them together using a hand mixer until well combined

  2. Add the eggs (2) and salt (1/8 teaspoon) to the bowl. Mix everything together again using the hand mixer

  3. Next, add the vanillin (1/8 teaspoon) and milk (125ml) to the mixture. Give it another quick mix with the hand mixer

  4. Gradually add the flour (100g) and baking powder (1/2 teaspoon) to the bowl while continuously mixing with the hand mixer.Stir until the proper consistency is reached

  5. Now, take a ripe banana and mash it into a puree. Add the banana puree to the pancake batter and mix it in using the hand mixer until well incorporated

  6. Preheat your waffle iron and grease it with some oil to prevent sticking

  7. Spoon a few tablespoons of the pancake batter onto the top of the waffle iron. Usually, 3-4 tablespoons are enough for each pancake

  8. Close the waffle iron and bake the pancakes for about 4 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through

  9. Once baked, carefully remove the pancakes from the waffle iron and let them cool on a plate for a few minutes. They might be a bit soft at first, but they will firm up as they cool
