  1. In a pan, heat some butter. Chop the onions small and sauté them until they become golden brown

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears

  3. Add the shredded chicken, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, and red chilli flakes. Mix well

  4. Simmer for a few minutes or until the chicken is spice-coated. Add tomato ketchup and cook for another 2-3 minutes

  5. After turning off the heat, let the chicken filling to cool

  6. In a bowl, mix grated carrot, finely chopped yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, and chopped coriander leaves

  7. Take a slice of bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise on it

  8. Place a generous portion of the chicken filling on the bread slice

  9. Add a layer of the vegetable mix on top of the chicken

  10. Grate some cheese over the vegetables

  11. Press a second piece of bread carefully on top Repeat the process to make more sandwiches

  12. Heat a pan or sandwich maker. Add a little butter to it

  13. Place the assembled sandwiches on the pan and grill/toast until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts

  14. Once done, cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip
