  2. Add 100 grams of whole eggs and 15 ml of vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until well mixed

  3. Pour in 120 ml of milk and stir well. Sift 240g all-purpose flour, 5g cornstarch, 2g salt and 10g baking powder into the wet ingredients

  4. Stir gently until well combined, being careful not to overmix

  5. Add 200 grams of chocolate chips to the mixture and stir gently

  6. Leave the dough to rest for approximately 30 minutes to an hour

  7. While the dough is resting, prepare the crumble topping. In a separate bowl, mix 60g cold butter cut into cubes, 60g all-purpose flour and 60g sugar

  12. Drizzle a generous amount of crumbled cream over each muffin, then gently place it on top

  13. Place the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes

  14. After 8 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 175°C/350°F and continue baking for an additional 17 minutes

  17. Follow these steps, and you'll have some delicious chocolate chip muffins with a delicious crumb topping. Happy baking
