Pour in 120 ml of milk and stir well. Sift 240g all-purpose flour, 5g cornstarch, 2g salt and 10g baking powder into the wet ingredients

Add 200 grams of chocolate chips to the mixture and stir gently

Leave the dough to rest for approximately 30 minutes to an hour

While the dough is resting, prepare the crumble topping. In a separate bowl, mix 60g cold butter cut into cubes, 60g all-purpose flour and 60g sugar

Use a fork or your hands to form a crumbly mixture. Then add 60 grams of chocolate chips and stir until well mixed

Preheat the oven to 115°C/425°F

Line a baking tray with a paper liner, enough to prepare 6 large muffins or 12 small ones

Once the mixture has rested, divide it evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full
