  1. In a bowl, mix 120 ml of milk, 50 grams of powdered milk and 30 grams of sugar. Mix well until everything dissolves

  2. Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat for about two minutes. Remember to stir constantly with a whisk or spoon

  3. Quickly melt 40 grams of white chocolate in the warm milk mixture. After the mixture melts, place it in the refrigerator until it cools

  4. In a separate bowl, mix 200 ml of whipping cream and a quarter teaspoon of vanillin. Mix the ingredients well for about two minutes, making sure to whip the cream well

  5. Pour the cooled milk and chocolate mixture into the bowl of whipped cream. Mix until smooth and well blended

  6. Fill desired mold or container with ice cream mixture, filling slightly less than halfway. You can use a spoon or pastry bag to make pouring easier

  7. Gently shake the mold to remove any air bubbles from the mixture. You can also insert chopsticks into the ice cream to help with this

  8. Place the mold in the refrigerator and leave it to cool for about 30 minutes

  9. While the ice cream is cooling, heat the cherries over low heat until soft

  10. In a separate bowl, mix 40 grams of sugar and 3 grams of pectin together. Then stir the pectin and sugar mixture with the softened cherries for about a minute

  11. Once the cherries are coated, strain them to separate any excess liquid. Leave it to cool

  12. When the cherry mixture has cooled, pour it into the mold, leaving room for the remaining ice cream mixture

  13. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until the ice cream solidifies completely
